Your file

When you check a file, its text is transmitted over HTTPS to our server for parsing. We return the prepared result inside an encrypted recovery token. Our application does not save CSV content in a database, send it to an AI provider, or place it in Stripe metadata.

The encrypted result is saved in your browser until you clear it, and can also be downloaded as a recovery file. Decryption is available for seven days after preparation. Keep your original CSV and recovery file private. Clearing browser storage does not delete copies you downloaded.

Payments and hosting

Stripe handles payment details and transaction records under its privacy policy. We store an opaque job hash in the Stripe order to bind your purchase to the prepared file. Payment and support records may be retained where required for accounting and resolving purchases. Vercel hosts the service and may process technical request information such as IP addresses for hosting and security.

Your choices

Use the clear button to remove the saved encrypted file from this browser. For access or deletion requests relating to support and payment records, contact privacy@nyttolabs.com. Do not send confidential file content in an email unless necessary to resolve your request.
